The following are the 110 objects discovered and cataloged by Charles Messier 1730 - 1817 . We know them as the Messier objects. M1 - M110. Some of these are known by other names as well such as (M-1 Crab Nebula), (M15- Pegasus cluster), (M-42 Orion Nebula), (M-57 Ring Nebula) and many others.
