Registration begins at 0800, with continental breakfast. Seminar 0830-1630.

Program Fees:	Seminar Fee includes:
$139 One Day	Handouts Continental Breakfast, Afternoon soft drinks, & certificate of attendance. **Lunch, Hotel Accommodations, and Parking are NOT included in Seminar Fee.
$259 Two Day Combination / or EKG
$369 Three Day Combination
$479 Four Day Combination
$550 Five Day Combination

Combine Neonatal Assessment, OB Legal Issues & EFM Workshop to meet your professional needs as a 1, 2 or 3 day conference. EKG Interpretation is a 2 day course that can also be combined with any other MED ED Resources seminar.

Hotel Accommodations Sleeping rooms are your responsibility. A block of rooms have been set aside at a reduced rate for seminar participants. Reservations must be made four weeks in advance to qualify for reduced rates and are based on availability of the hotel. Contact the hotel directly. Identify yourself as a MED ED Resources attendee to receive the reduced rate. Room reservations, payment and hotel inquiries are your responsibility. Parking is free at most locations.

Cancellation Policy: Notification must be in writing. Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the registered seminar date are refundable less a $30.00 processing fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the registered seminar are not refundable. Substitutes are always accepted. Registration transfer to a different date and location are accepted. In the event of a cancellation of the seminar, the liability of MED ED Resources, Inc., shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees. MED ED Resources, Inc. reserves the right to substitute qualified faculty.

Accreditation: 7.5 contact hours have been applied for each one day seminar through the American Nurses Credentialing Centers Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). 12.3 contact hours have been applied for the two day EKG Interpretation Seminar through ANCC.
