MILAN, MI

This depot was built by the Wabash to replace an earlier wood frame structure that was destroyed by a derailment. It sits in the southeast corner of the diamond at the junction of the Norfolk Southern and the Ann Arbor. Its west wall is located where the east wall of the original depot stood, and some claim that the east wall of the original depot was actually used in its construction. It is now a signal maintainer's office.
