CLIO, MI

Clio, MI; August 2002

Clio is about 10 miles north of Flint, on the route of the old Flint & Pere Marquette Railroad. Tracks were built through there in 1862. The depot was used by the railroad until 1960.

In 1977 the depot was purchased by the Clio Area Historical Society. It was restores to house their museum. Tracks through Clio are still in use by CSX Transportation, as the route between Flint and Saginaw .
