John The last2.exe was made as a troubleshooting tool to enable owners of 505 radios to reset the customized cal table to default values instead of sending the unit back to the factory in case of scrambled cal tables. I am not familiar with anything called last1.exe. The tech that produced the basic program for his own use is no longer at Kachina. I am not sure if I have a copy of the original basic script. If the program doesn't have connection to the radio it won't run. If it runs and there is no change resulting, the rig should be returned for repair. The program should be run after contacting us to determine if it is necessary. If you have questions about your radio I will be happy to exchange e-mails. I am the tech that does the 505 repairs.
