District 58 Darien District 61 Morton High School District 201 A stealth referendum is a
referendum that is run in February as opposed to April in hopes of passage of

underpaid. But a salary of $55,000
puts them in the top .95% of wage earners in the entire world. For those who prefer fuzzy math, any
teacher earning more than an average salary in Illinois is in the top 1% of
