HLC periodically publishes a Default Counseling Newsletter that deals with current trends in foreclosure, along with information about relevant legislation and other breaking news pertinent to the foreclosure process. Most of the topics covered are applicable not just in Illinois, but nationwide. Our hope is to publish on a monthly basis.
