Don Weber, the founder of DJ Precision, has worked for 35 years maintaining, redesigning and updating machinery in the printing industry.

Don's been a competitive shooter for over 30 years.  He's currently shooting Bullseye in two leagues in the Chicago area as well as area 2700's and Camp Perry.  He has helped many shooters go from Marksman to Master with training and equipment.

Don started working on shooting equipment to satisfy his own needs. Many of the products are in response to fellow shooters and teamates need for something different or out of production.
