Algonquin Township has an automated phone answering system.  When phoning us, please listen to the operators instructions.  By pressing the correct extension number at any time during the message you will reach the desired office sooner.

If the person you want is not at his/her desk or is busy on the phone, your call will be directed to that person's voice mail.  If this occurs, please leave your name and phone number, your call will not be lost; we listen to our voice mail messages.

Township Senior Programs

The next date for Bingo and Golden Diners is December 7th, 1998.  Please make reservations with Lois Fox. Cary Park District Senior Services Coordinator at (847) 639-8118.  Seniors that participate in the Golden Diners Program are requested to pay a "fair share" up to $2.50.

Township Well Child Clinic

Prepare NOW for school this fall by reviewing your child's medical records!!

The McHenry County Health Department holds an Immunization Clinic at the Algonquin Township Hall on the last Tuesday of each month.  Appointments may be made by calling (815) 334-4510 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

OPEN HOUSE REPORT

The open house held on May 3rd was a success despite the weather.   Below is a picture of State Representative Cal Skinner discussing the changes made to the Assessor's office space with Township Trustee Niels Sorensen and Township Assessor Robert Kunz.
